CUT’s menu offers a contemporary twist on the classic steakhouse. Choose from an array of entrees such as the signature Kobe Beef Short Ribs with Indian spices and the Prime Illinois Corn-Fed 21-Day Aged Bone-in Rib Eye Steak. Seafood dishes include the Lobster and Crab Louis Cocktail with spicy tomato-horseradish and Roasted Wild French Turbot French Riviera Style for two.
